Information we collect
When you order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and enquiry. Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details and security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, provide support, manage returns and protect the service from misuse. We retain records for the periods needed for these purposes and applicable accounting, legal and dispute requirements, including relevant historical order records.
Service providers and overseas processing
We share information needed for an order or enquiry with payment providers, delivery and fulfilment partners, hosting and data services, and email and support services. These may include Stripe, PayPal, Vercel, Supabase, Resend and our support and chatbot services. Some providers or operations may process information outside Singapore. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
The cart uses browser storage to remember your selections. Optional analytics are loaded according to your cookie choices. You can change those choices using Cookie Settings. Embedded services, including reviews, forms, videos and chat, may receive technical information and use their own cookies or storage when used. Their privacy terms also apply.
Information you send
Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in enquiries. Before sending photographs, consider removing embedded location information. We do not publish your order details as website content.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests to delete information are considered subject to records we must retain. If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (Singapore).
