Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable Singapore consumer law or another applicable law.

Using products and information

Use products for their intended purpose, check site conditions and follow supplied instructions. Our general garden information does not replace advice specific to a structural, drainage, underground-service or other specialist issue.

Website misuse

You must not knowingly introduce harmful code, misuse the website, infringe another person's rights or submit unlawful material. Responsibility for loss caused by misuse is determined by applicable law. We do not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or for a failure to honour your non-excludable consumer rights.
